Rice-Mushroom Casserole
Rice-Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms or 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms, 3 c. water and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put rice, onion soup mix, mushrooms and water into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle oregano on top.
Slice stick of margarine and distribute.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Stir every 15 minutes.
