Rice Krispies Pudding Cups
Rice Krispies Pudding Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. (about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 c. miniature marshmallows, 6 c. rice krispies cereal, 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix and 1 3/4 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in a large pan over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Add cereal. Stir until coated.
Press mixture into 16 muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Cool in refrigerator about 15 minutes. Prepare pudding according to package directions, using skim milk. Divide evenly into 16 cereal cups.
Serve immediately.
