Rice Krispies Cookies
Rice Krispies Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. peanut butter, 6 c. rice krispies and 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large saucepan mix Karo syrup and sugar together.
Heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, mixing thoroughly.
Add Rice Krispies, mix well. Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan then spread over Rice Krispies mixture.
Let harden and cut into squares.
