Rice Cheese Casserole
Rice Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small onions, chopped, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. milk and 1 c. white dinner wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onions and celery in butter until tender.
Combine milk, wine, eggs and salt.
Mix with sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients.
