Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, 3 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. salt, 3 c. cooked rice and 3 c. shredded jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine chiles, sour cream and salt. Spread 1 cup cooked rice in a 2-quart casserole.
Top with a layer of 1/3 of the sour cream mixture, then 1/3 of the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
