Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick oleo, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. dry rice, 1 can beef bouillon and 1 can beef consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt oleo in frypan.
Brown onion in oleo.
Add rice and brown lightly.
Pour bouillon and consomme over rice.
Add dash of salt if desired.
Pour at once into greased casserole.
Bake at 325Β° uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
