Saute chopped meat, garlic and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain fat.

Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper (or garlic powder).

Cook 10 to 15 minutes; set aside.

Cook rice (use a long grain rice of any "starchie" rice).

Add salt and cook until not quite done.

Remove from heat and let stand.

Add 4 egg yolks, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
