Rice and Sausage Casserole
Rice And Sausage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bob evans mild bulk sausage, 1 medium size onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 soup can milk and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage with onion; drain.
Add soup and milk and cook until thick.
Mix in casserole with rice, salt and pepper to taste. Place in 350° oven for about 20 minutes.
(I cook my rice first in my casserole using 1 cup rice, a little salt and 2 cups of boiling water.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Then fold in sausage mixture and finish off uncovered.)
