Rice and Chicken Casserole
Rice And Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dry rice (regular, not minute), 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 cans water and 1 cut up chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put 1 cup of rice on bottom of roaster, then put 1 package dry onion soup mix on top of rice.
Then put raw cut up chicken on top of that.
Season to taste.
Mix cream of chicken soup and 2 cans of water and pour over chicken.
Bake 1 hour with cover on and 1 hour with cover off to brown.
Bake at 350Β°.
