Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. long grain rice, salt and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Measure rice into 2-quart saucepan with tight fitting lid. Add water and salt.
Cook until it boils up high; lower heat, cover and cook 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
Let it steam a few minutes and serve.
Serves 5 to 6.
This works with any amount of rice; just double the water to keep it in proportion to the rice.
