Ribbon Salad
Ribbon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o (lime, cherry, lemon, strawberry), 2 c. milk (may use low-fat), 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix each package of flavored gelatin separately with 1 cup hot water.
Bring milk and sugar to a boil.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup water and add to milk mixture.
Add vanilla and sour cream.
Beat with hand mixer until creamy.
Divide filling into thirds.
Into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish set each layer for approximately 30 minutes before adding next.
Alternate gelatin with filling mix.
