Ribbon Jello Salad
Ribbon Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (3 oz.) jell-o (lime, orange, lemon and strawberries or any 4 colors), 1 c. hot water and 1/2 c. cold water (each pkg.), 1 c. milk, 1 c. sugar and 2 pkg. knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bring milk to a boil and add sugar until dissolved.
Add Knox gelatin.
Also add sour cream and vanilla.
Mix with electric mixer.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam or oil pan.
Make Jell-O, one box at a time.
Each layer will need to set.
Add a milk layer between each jello layer.
Finish top with milk layer.
