Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
Rhubarb Upside Down Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. On bottom of pan, put layer of rhubarb.
Sprinkle on sugar.
Add marshmallows; then sprinkle on Jell-O.
