Rhubarb Torte
Rhubarb Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rhubarb, cut, 3 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coat rhubarb with mixture of white sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
Place in baking dish.
Top with a mixture of the butter, 1 cup flour and the brown sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip to serve.
