Rhubarb Torte
Rhubarb Torte is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rhubarb, cut up, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 c. sugar, 3 c. mini marshmallows and 1 pkg. white cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put rhubarb in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and jello.
Put marshmallows on top of this.
Make up cake mix as per directions.
Pour over marshmallows.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes and invert onto a cookie sheet or whatever it will fit.
