Rhubarb Strawberry Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. diced rhubarb, 4 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix rhubarb and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
Add undrained pineapple; mix and cook 30 minutes (I cook about 20 minutes). Remove from heat.
Add gelatin; mix.
