Rhubarb Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. rhubarb, 3/4 to 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, dissolved in hot water and 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
