Rhubarb Salad
Rhubarb Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen rhubarb, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. pineapple juice, 2 c. chopped apples and 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook rhubarb according to package directions.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add 1 cup juice and bring to boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
Cool and add 1 cup juice, apples and pecans. Refrigerate.
Serve with dressing.
