Rhubarb Punch
Rhubarb Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh rhubarb, 2 qt. water, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. water and juice of 6 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut into pieces fresh rhubarb and cook in 2-quarts of water until soft.
Strain through cloth bag.
Dissolve sugar in 2 cups of water. Boil 10 minutes.
Cool and add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Mix rhubarb mixture.
Chill.
Add ginger ale when ready to serve.
Makes 1 gallon.
Will serve 24 people.
