Rhubarb Preserves is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. diced rhubarb, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil rhubarb, sugar and pineapple for 10 minutes.
Remove from stove.
Add strawberry Jell-O.
Stir well.
Put in sterilized jars.
