Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rhubarb, cut and washed (set aside), 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. heaping flour and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine this mixture with the rhubarb and dot with 1 tablespoon butter cut in quarters.
Pour into pie shell.
(I use either regular crust or graham cracker.)
