Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rhubarb, chopped fine, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 stick butter, melted and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
Mix eggs and melted butter together.
Then mix all ingredients together, except rhubarb.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle rhubarb over the top.
Bake at 350Β° in center of oven until brown.
Insert knife in center.
If knife comes out clean, it's ready.
Pie is done approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
