Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. washed rhubarb, cut fine, 1 egg, 1 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 c. sugar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix egg, flour, sugar, salt and butter together and pour over rhubarb in unbaked pie crust and cover with a crust.
Bake at 300° to 320° for 1 hour.
If more filling is desired, use additional 1 cup rhubarb plus 1 egg and 1 cup sugar and small amount of flour.
