Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick margarine and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Pat into an 8 x 10-inch pan.
Beat together 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 cup sugar. Pour this over the cut up rhubarb and mix.
Put into crust and bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.
