Rhubarb Jam
Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. diced rhubarb, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, 4 c. sugar and 1 small pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in a saucepan and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Slowly bring to a boil; reduce simmer for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the strawberry gelatin and stir until dissolved. Fill glasses from the top. Cover with melted paraffin wax.
