Rhubarb Jam
Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, cut fine, 3 c. sugar, 1 small pkg. strawberry kool-aid and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put sugar over rhubarb and let set overnight.
Cook over low heat until soft.
Remove from heat; add Jell-O and Kool-Aid.
