Rhubarb Dump Cake
Rhubarb Dump Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rhubarb, 3 oz. box strawberry gelatin, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 yellow cake mix and 15 1/2 oz. can pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat pineapple until boiling.
Add cornstarch and water, cooking until thickened.
Add sugar and gelatin; set aside. Butter a 3-quart baking dish.
Line with rhubarb.
Pour pineapple sauce over rhubarb.
Pour dry cake mix over fruit and pat down. Cut oleo in small pieces.
Spread over cake mix.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350Β°.
