Rhubarb Dessert
Rhubarb Dessert is an impressive dinner. Made with 68 ritz crackers, rolled fine, 1/2 c. melted butter, 4 tsp. sugar, 4 c. rhubarb, cut up and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the crackers, butter and sugar together. Save 3/4 cup for topping.
Cook together the rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and jello.
Let cool. Spread on the cracker crust.
Combine the instant pudding, milk and ice cream.
Put on top of the rhubarb. Top with Cool Whip and marshmallows.
