Rhubarb Dessert
Rhubarb Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. strawberry gelatin powder, 1 pkg. white cake mix and 1 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a greased 13 x 9 baking pan, arrange rhubarb.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and gelatin; sprinkle over rhubarb.
Then sprinkle the dry cake mix over the gelatin mixture.
Pour hot water over cake mix, but do not stir.
Top with coconut and almonds; drizzle with butter.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
