Rhubarb Delight
Rhubarb Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. mini marshmallows, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 5 c. chopped rhubarb, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 pkg. dry strawberry or raspberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spread marshmallows in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Mix cake mix (use Betty Crocker yellow cake mix) according to directions.
Pour over marshmallows in pan.
Mix together rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O.
Pour on top of cake mix.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
