Rhubarb Delight
Rhubarb Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rhubarb, cubed, 2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 yellow jiffy cake mix and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, layer the rhubarb, sugar, dry gelatin and dry cake mix in that order.
Pour water over all and scatter the pieces of oleo over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes, until cake is lightly browned.
