Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked oats, 1 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. nuts and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare the rhubarb.
Sprinkle over it the 1/2 cup sugar, the nutmeg and the water.
Cut the margarine into the first 4 ingredients.
This should be crumbly.
Put 1/2 of this mixture into a greased 8-inch baking pan.
Add the rhubarb mixture, then the rest of the crumbles.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
