Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked oatmeal, 1 c. light brown sugar, 1 c. sifted flour, 1/4 c. nuts (walnuts) and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine oatmeal, flour and sugar.
Add nuts.
Cut in oleo until crumbly.
Combine sugar, rhubarb and cinnamon.
Place 1/2 of crumbs in greased 8-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb mixture.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
