Rhubarb Crisp
Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 2 qt. rhubarb, about 2 1/2 lb., 1 c. flour and 1/2 c. oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Add rhubarb and toss lightly until rhubarb is coated with sugar mixture.
Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In the same bowl combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add butter.
Cut in with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbs over rhubarb.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 35 minutes or until topping is brown and rhubarb is tender.
Serve warm.
