Rhubarb Cobbler
Rhubarb Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped rhubarb, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. soda and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 1 cup sugar and rhubarb.
(A little red food coloring may be added.)
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and soda.
Cut in margarine.
Stir in coconut, vanilla and walnuts.
Spread over top of rhubarb.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and topping is brown.
