Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed rhubarb, 3/4 c. sugar, 13 oz. pkg. raspberry or strawberry jell-o, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 box yellow cake mix (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, put rhubarb.
Sprinkle with sugar and Jell-O, then pour the water over the Jell-O.
Add dry cake mix.
Cut oleo in small pieces and place on top.
Then add nuts.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350Β°.
