Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. chopped rhubarb, 6 oz. dry strawberry jello, 1 c. sugar, 3 c. small marshmallows and 1 yellow or white cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place rhubarb in cake pan (greased), 9 x 13-inch.
Sprinkle with jello and sugar.
Let stand 1 hour.
Sprinkle marshmallows over all.
Mix as directed the cake mix.
Pour over marshmallows. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serve with whipped cream.
