Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. sour or buttermilk and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add egg and sour or buttermilk. Sift soda, flour and salt.
Add vanilla and rhubarb.
Top with nuts, white sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Some ovens may only take 30 minutes.
