Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced rhubarb, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. jiffy cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) strawberry jell-o and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place diced rhubarb in greased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Sprinkle with sugar.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour over rhubarb.
Sprinkle with dry Jell-O.
Pour boiling water over Jell-O.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
