Rhubarb Cake

Prepare cake according to directions on box.
Place marshmallows in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased. Pour cake batter over marshmallows.
Mix together rhubarb, sugar and water and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add jello. Pour over cake and bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
