Rhonda's Chicken
Rhonda'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 small tube mahatma yellow rice, uncooked, 2 cans water and 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (may substitute creamy chicken soup), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°. Put rice in casserole; add soup and water.
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put chicken top of rice.
Place casserole in oven for
1 hour.
Turn chicken 30 minutes in the cooking process. Check to make sure rice is not drying out, if so, add water.
