Reuben Spread Or Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, 4 oz. shredded corned beef (i use a little more), 1 (13 oz.) can drained sauerkraut and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
