Reuben Sausage Casserole
Reuben Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 lb. ground sausage, 1 pt. can sauerkraut, drained, 1/2 c. thousand island dressing and 3 tbsp. shredded fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Partially boil potatoes in water and drain.
Brown ground sausage in skillet.
Put all ingredients together (except the cheese) and put in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
The last 5 or 10 minutes, add the shredded Swiss cheese on top to melt.
