Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices rye bread with caraway seed, 1/3 c. milk, 1 egg, 1 lb. hamburger and 1 medium can sauerkraut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pinch up rye bread and pour milk over crumbs.
Add egg, hamburger and garlic salt to bread.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 of mixture in loaf pan and cover with 1/2 can of sauerkraut and layer of Swiss cheese.
Repeat, except for cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for an hour.
Remove foil.
Place remaining cheese on top and brown 10 to 15 minutes.
