Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices rye bread with caraway seed, 1/3 c. milk, 1 egg, 1 lb. hamburger and 1 medium can sauerkraut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pinch up rye bread and pour milk over crumbs.
Add egg, hamburger and garlic salt to bread.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 of mixture in loaf pan and cover with 1/2 can of sauerkraut and layer of Swiss cheese.
Repeat, except for cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for an hour.
Remove foil.
Place remaining cheese on top and brown 10 to 15 minutes.
