Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato sauce, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can corned beef, 2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce and first 6 ingredients.
Press on 15 x 10-inch pan covered with Saran Wrap.
Mix sauerkraut, shredded cheese and caraway seed and press into meat mixture.
