Reuben-Kraut Casserole
Reuben-Kraut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-1/2 cups sauerkraut, 8 oz. corned beef, 16 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1 cup sour cream and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain sauerkraut and mix with onions and sour cream.
Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Evenly distribute the corned beef and Mozzarella cheese over the top.
Top with broken bite-sized bits of rye bread.
Drizzle the entire dish with melted butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
