Reuben Chicken
Reuben Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, 1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained, layer swiss cheese (probably 1 lb. grated or 2 pkg. sliced) and 8 oz. thousand island dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of boneless chicken breasts. Next layer drained sauerkraut over chicken.
Then layer Swiss cheese over sauerkraut and top cheese with 8 ounce bottle of Thousand Island dressing.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
