Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled and 3 slices rye bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Toast and crumble rye bread.
Set aside.
In a bowl, combine soup, milk, onion and mustard.
In order given, place in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer the sauerkraut, dry noodles, soup mixture, corned beef and Swiss cheese.
