Made with 1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained, 1 tsp. caraway seed, 2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, 1/2 c. thousand island dressing and 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375Β° in 8-inch square baking dish.
Layer sauerkraut, caraway seed, 1 cup cheese, 1000 Island dressing, corned beef remaining cheese.
Toss bread with melted butter.
Sprinkle
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
Before serving, sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
